A fine example has turned up in Otago New at the West Otago Vintage Machinery Museum
It has a Precision engine, which dates it to pre-1914, after which JAP and Villiers engines were used. The casing to the magneto drive has Precision on it, suggesting it is an early model before Victoria had their own name there, but that is all that is known about it…
The tank badge is a puzzle, not the usual Victoria badge (has the restorer got confused with the German Victoria?)
