Bill Stewart writes – “Looks like a Fife Registration.” John Coxon comments – “The Australian machine is the one which I thought was around Sheffield , but that was probably about 15-20 years ago. So unfortunately , not a new find , which is rather disappointing.

John Coxon Later: It has turned up in England after all. Brought to England from Scotland in the 1970s and restored.  It was originally registered in Fife as already suggested. It is a   c.1911  3.5 HP model ( 500cc) with Precision engine and Sturmey-Archer 3 speed hub. This particular bike was the subject of an article in British Bike magazine (which is no longer published) in June 1992. The owner wishes to remain anonymous.
